History

# a women's technology start-up project in the 1980s

CT3 Ingeniería was born in the 80s directed by Aurora Fernandez, a young mother who, working as a typist for a large company in the energy sector, decided to make up a company providing computerized document digitalization services for large companies.

In the 1980s, this activity involved importing leading technology, training and resolving technical issues with little or no support, which was a huge challenge.

What started as a team of three young women growing up in a small apartment surrounded by technology, evolved and grew into the Engineering, Consulting and Talent Development company it is today.

Its founding principles were three: Commitment - Technology - People, values that are still valid today.

CT3 Ingeniería, Today

We are an independent company that provides professional services in Engineering, Consulting and Talent Development, supporting our clients both nationally and internationally based on our founding principles.
